Qualities Of An Ideal Leader

We all know the famous proverb “Honesty is the best policy”. Every Ideal Leader must have Honesty all through his life. He should be Humble, Truthful, Obedient and should have respect to the people in the society.

An ideal leader must be an optimist and hardworking. He should keep Confidence in all his activities. He should have some creative qualities in his life.

He should be enthusiastic and courageous. At the same time he should be bold to speak truth and to protest against the evils in the society. He should be good model to others in every aspect. He should have a good character. An Ideal leader shows his greatness by the way he treat others. Difference is the sign of Leadership. He must be Intelligent, Efficient and Sincere. He should keep Dignity and Honesty.

In simple words, An Ideal Leader should be Intelligent, Honest, Confident, Simple and a Real Model to his co-leaders and to the society. He should be a good social worker.
